Ay, oo naman, spotting is a pretty common side effect ng injectables, especially pag first time mo or if your body is still adjusting, 3 weeks is a bit long though, so I'd really suggest checking with your OB para ma-rule out kung may iba pang nangyayari. A few of us sa mommy group namin experienced spotting din after getting the shot, pero iba-iba talaga kung gaano katagal, kaya importante na ma-confirm ng doctor if it's just the injection or something else, especially pang EBF ka pa lang.
