Hb low. Kena drip iron/zat besi

Aih, kena drip besi memang agak scary first time kan, tapi honestly tak sakit sangat, more of a discomfort je, like your arm feels a bit heavy and maybe slightly uncomfortable at the injection site. Few of my mum friends yang pernah kena jugak cakap the iron drip works faster than supplements, so at least the results payoff lah, especially kalau HB really low. Just make sure you mention to the nurse/doctor if ada any dizziness or rasa weird during the process, and drink plenty of water beforehand, okay? How low is your HB now?
