Alamak, I haven't delivered there myself tapi a few of my mum friends ada yang bersalin kat Serdang, semua cakap OK je, staff friendly and facilities OK la, tapi memang lama sikit tunggu if it's peak season. Best you ask around in the Serdang mums group sini or call them direct to tanya about current wait times and packages, sebab experience boleh berbeza depending on timing and which ward you go into!
