Spotting sebelum period.

Eh, spotting before period yang dragging on for 10 days camni memang boleh stress kan! A few of my mum friends also kena mcm ni, lepas tu period came late or sometimes hormones je main-main. But since you've tested negative and it's been more than 10 days with spotting coming and going macam ni, better check with your doc lah, bisa hormonal imbalance, stress, or something else yang perlu proper check. The fever + blocked nose you mentioned could also be affecting your cycle, but doctor will know best lah. Jangan stress dulu, hopefully it's just one of those weird month cycle things!
