GDM gula dlm darah
Masa tgh berpuasa pagi check gula dlm darah result xnormal,tinggi 6.2, tp lepas minum air gula 2 jam kemudian amik darah result normal 6.9. Siapa pernah alami benda sama mcm ni???
Sayang, blood sugar readings tu memang boleh naik turun, tapi untuk GDM (gestational diabetes) kena follow the proper screening process yang doctor set, fasting, then glucose tolerance test lepas tu. Jangan self-interpret from home readings alone, okay? Pelease go see your doctor or OB-GYN asap to do the official glucose screening test (OGTT) properly, they need to check fasting level, then 2-hour level after the drink, semua in the right sequence. A few of my mum friends kena check GDM masa pregnant, and the doc lah yang boleh explain what's normal for each stage. Jangan risau dulu, but don't delay the proper test either, masa pregnant GDM screening ni penting untuk baby safety. Let me know how it goes, okay?
