Your doctor's advice to monitor is the right call; they'll track it through regular ultrasounds to make sure it's not growing or causing issues. Since yours is 5cm x 6cm, that's on the bigger side, so the monitoring is extra important, but besar doesn't automatically mean problem, lah. Just watch out for sudden sharp abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, or dizziness; if you get those, inform your doctor right away. Someone in my mum group had a cyst throughout her pregnancy and it resolved completely by third trimester, so there's hope! Def worth bringing this up again at your next checkup, ask your doctor specifically about the timeline and what size would trigger intervention if needed. Take care, and try not to stress too much; your little one is in good hands with proper monitoring.
