Aww sayang, speech delay at 4 tahun memang boleh be concerning, tapi you're not alone lah, a few of us in my mum circle ada anak macam ni jugak. Best thing is to see your pediatrician or a speech therapist soon so they can assess properly apa penyebabnya and start intervention early, sebab at this age still ada window untuk catch up. Macam mana your son's situation, dia understand what you say but susah nak produce words, or everything delayed? Anyway, jangan stress too much, many kids catch up with the right support!
