Menyusu dan Mengandung, puasa tak?

Ohhh this is such a tough one, mama! Honestly, a few of us tried during our breastfeeding days and it really depends on your body, some mums managed fine, but others found their milk supply dropped or felt really exhausted, so most of us ended up breaking our fast, especially if baby was still exclusively nursing or the baby wasn't sleeping well at night. Best to have a chat with your doctor or ustazah first, since being pregnant and nursing at the same time puts a lot of demands on your body, and they can advise what's safest for you and the little ones.
