Hamil 10minggu korang puasa ke?

Eh, masa hamil 10 minggu tu memang susah nak decide! Honestly, a few of my mum friends, some puasa, some tak, depends really on macamana feel dia and what the doctor cakap. Yang penting is you listen to your body lah, if you're feeling very weak, dizzy, or morning sickness parah, better rest je, puasa or not it's okay, Allah faham. Definitely check in with your gynae first to see if it's safe for you and the baby, sebab everyone's pregnancy is different kan!
