Ay, alam ko yan, mama, ang post-vaccination poops are pretty common kasi ang body ni baby is reacting to the shots, at plus the fever ay nakakaaffect din sa digestion niya. A few of us moms noticed the same thing sa aming babies after immunization day, sobrang alarming talaga, lalo na pag irritable pa. But since she's also running a fever at ang poop frequency niya ay sobrang sudden jump from her normal, i'd really suggest checking with her pedia to make sure it's just vaccine reaction lang at walang ibang bumabago sa tummy niya, better safe than sorry with these things, especially when babies are this young pa lang.
