Hi mummy when I had my baby I also have cramp and discharge so I didn't bother to check till 2 weeks later the cramp didn't go away menses didn't arrive. After I check I was told that my pregnancy not stable 2 day later I had threaten abortion. I feel that if you have miss your menses by 1 week do a check with home kit if its confirm see your gynae ASAP.
