My wife wears her breast pads all the time especially when we're out. Pumping every hour is too tiring, yeah I agree with Grace on her feedback below, pump base on schedule.
I only pump according to the schedule, every three hours. Will have some leakage on and off....so I will put on the padding into my nursing bra.
