Cough , colds and vomitting

Should I bring my 2 yr old baby to his pedia when he is experiencing could and colds . He vomitted the food he ate for breakfast and snack. Hindi naman po matamlay.ung nilabas nya po parang ma plema#advicepls #firstbaby
