Short Cervix na agad 31 weeks pa lang. Total Bedrest until mag37 weeks. May same po ba situation ko?

Uy, napakahirap ng situation mo, 6 weeks of bedrest is really taxing, emotionally and physically, kaya naman understandable na naghahanap ka ng community. A few of us in our mum group have gone through similar pregnancy scares (though not exactly short cervix), and honestly ang pinaka-important talaga ay follow your OB's instructions closely kasi sila ang nakakakita ng full picture ng condition mo. Try joining the pregnancy support groups din locally or online, maraming moms there na nakakaranas ng complications at pwede mong i-share kung paano ka coping through bedrest.
