NEW SSS MATERNITY LEAVE

Sharing is caring.. I just got my sss maternity benifit this afternoon. My due date is Aug 16, but since i am hoping for a normal delivery i was advised to file the ML on July 22. So, i got my check earlier. Since i am employed i am entitled to get 100% of my salary, meaning my daily rate x 105 days. When i got my check it was only half of what sss entitled to give me. Meaning if i have 530pesos daily allowance (based dun sa hulog nyo) i will get 530x105days = 55,650 So ang nakuha ko lang is half of 55,650 the other half will be after giving birth. So, kung mas malaki ang daily rate mo. Our hr explained to me that they will pay the kulang.. Sample Sss allowance = 530 x 105 = 55,650 Your sahod = 800 x 105 (ile-less pa non working days) = 84,000 84,000 -55,650 = 28,350 (Eto pa yung utang sayo ng employer mo ?) Wala lng, skl. Haha ? The no.of working days that your employer will pay is based on working days on your ML period.
