Working mom

Hay, I wasn't in BPO pero marami sa amin na mums work there, and honestly ang common complaint is yung stress and the odd hours na sobrang demanding talaga especially pag pregnant ka. One of my mum friends was heavily pregnant working night shift sa customer service, and she said the worst was yung fatigue, pabalik-balik sa bathroom, tapos may calls pa every hour, sobrang draining talaga emotionally at physically. Best experience naman nila was when they had supportive team leads na nag-adjust ng schedule during morning sickness phase, kaya mas manageable ang work-life balance niya during pregnancy, so I guess it really depends sa company culture at kung gaano sila ka-understanding about maternity concerns. Just be honest sa HR about what you need, and don't push yourself too hard, mama!
