Tanda2 Hamil baby kembar,boleh share trimester 1

Ohhh baby kembar, congrats! Honestly trimester 1 aku rasa sangat exhausted, macam 10x lebih penat dari pregnancy biasa, pastu morning sickness pun lagi teruk (my mum friends with twins all say the same). Perut aku dah starting to show early, around 8-9 weeks dah terlihat, so kena announce earlier than planned. Cravings also gila-gila, and one of my friends cakap she bled a bit early on which scared her sangat but doctor said it's normal with twins, hormone surges are crazy!
