Aah, pantang period! Aku pakai set from Aeon tu yang ada baju kurung + seluar, plus sarung to wrap around, comfy and easy to manage masa pantang, especially kalau banyak bleeding. A few of us tried the traditional ones dari mak-mak, tapi honestly modern sets are easier to wash and maintain, lagi-lagi dengan newborn duties lain. Some of my mum friends prefer just comfortable t-shirt + loose pants sebab pantang period tu kan lama, so better go with something you won't mind wearing 7-10 days straight!
