Jika saya enggan bersenam semasa mengandung, adakah ini akan memberi kesan kepada kelahiran nanti?
Jika enggan bersenam, boleh berjalan kaki saja. Berjalan kaki 30mins sehari, 5 hari seminggu juga sangat baik. Bersenam penting bagi kelahiran Dan juga kesemburan selepas tu.
Is the gym visit need to be stop once i pregnant? Or is there any exercise in the gym allowed?
As long as your pregnancy is not a high risk one (check out my other comment on contraindication to exercise and check with your Obgyn), you can continue to exercise in the gym with some modifications. For example for aerobic exercises (cycling, cross trainer), you can reduce the speed and duration of exercise. For weight training, you can reduce the weight and do less repetitions.

Ya, yoga, berjalan kaki, berbasikal atau berenang adalah senaman yang bagus bila bila semasa pregnancy. Buat perlahan-lahan saja.

Hi Hazreen, to alleviate swollen feet, you can perform ankle pumping and ankle circular exercises (pls refer to the attached image). In addition, you can do the exercises with your feet elevated on a low stool when you are in sitting and place your feet above 2 pillows when you are lying down.
Is there any exercises i can train during trimester 3? To ease my labor.
Hip opening stretches, pelvic mobility exercise, Kegel or pelvic floor exercise and breathing training are essential for labour and delivery. Hi, you should first check with your Obgyn if you have any of below conditions and you should not exercise if you have any of this. Contraindications to exercise: Pregnancy-induced high blood pressure Rupture membranes Premature labour Vaginal bleeding Incompetence cervix (cervix open too early) Poor foetal grow Placenta disease If you are clear from that, you can perform exercise according to your own ability however below are signs to stop exercising. Vaginal bleeding Short of breathe before starting exercise Dizziness/ headache Chest pain Pre-term labourn Decreased foetal movement Amniotic fliud leakage
