At 38 weeks 6 days, Braxton Hicks (fake contractions) memang boleh jadi lebih kerap and last longer, so mostly normal je lah, tapi kalau the tightening comes dengan pain, bleeding, or discharge yang pelik, atau kalau baby movements jadi kurang, better check with your doctor or midwife straightaway. A few of us first-time mums panic jugak when this happens, but usually it's just the body practising before D-day! Keep monitoring baby's kicks and rest bila boleh, tapi don't worry too much, you're so close now!
