GDM ON DIET DUE 04/12/23

Wah, GDM pregnancy sampai due date pun kena manage diet, memang challenging! Tapi yang bagus you made it this far, induction on due date is actually quite smooth timing lah. A few of my mum friends who had GDM said the first few days post-induction the blood sugar management jadi lebih relax sikit because diet becomes normal food again, so that's something to look forward to! Just make sure you have a good plan with your dietitian for after birth, especially if you're planning to breastfeed, some of us found maintaining stable meals during confinement really helped.
