Hi mommies! Do you all have a BIRTH PLAN?

Hi mama! Honestly, a few of us tried making one pero ang OB namin dito sa Pilipinas parang hindi ganyan ka-strict about it, pero super helpful pa rin para sa'yo kasi nakaka-guide sa decisions mo during labor. Mine was basic lang: I wanted to try natural first, preferred minimal interventions if possible, who I wanted in the room, skin-to-skin right after, at breastfeeding ASAP, tapos may backup plan if emergency C-section na. I'd say discuss it with your OB naman, and write down kung ano ang preferences mo like pain management options, who you want present, how you want to deliver, at what happens after birth, so on the day hindi ka overwhelmed at ready ka na.
