Week 6+ Blooding 2 days with clot

Semalam spotted brownish blood then malam became merah tapi sikit je. Woke up this morning with period cramp feeling and blooding with clot in quite big size, consulted specialist and scanned the yolk sac still there but the position dekat tengah 50/50, now as threatened miscarriage, dpt duphaston utk makan 1 week baru jumpa doc, tapi tadi pi toilet tiba2 terkeluar benda clot ni, ini dah jadi miscarriage ke? Texted doc dia suruh teruskan ubat tu and wait till next appointment, now blooding is normal tak teruk #pleasehelp
