Semalam keluar darah lendir warna merah pukul 1pm, tapi takde rasa contraction takde rasa sakit langsung. Kita nya risau sebab due date dah nak dekat, lagi 2 hari je and risau kat bawah dah ada bukaan, takut2 tu pun pergi lah jugak Pac pukul 11pm ( ye lambat pergi sebab banyak pikir 😂) Bila doc check kat Pac rupanya bukaan baru 2cm, and doc suruh balik dulu. Doktor kata bila dah ada contraction kerap setiap 10minit macamtu atau air ketuban pecah baru datang balik, lagipun wad dah penuh... Kita rela hati je lah balik sebab dah tahu baby okay, better tunggu contraction kat rumah je dari duduk wad lama2. Ada sesiapa pernah ada pengalaman yang lebih kurang sama tak? Risau juga ni sebab dah keluar tanda tapi takde contraction lagi....

Aiyoh, the bloody show is such a mind-game, right, a few of us went through the same thing, keluar darah lendir but no contractions yet, and the waiting is the hardest part! The good news is your doc confirmed baby is okay and you're only 2cm, so your body is just getting ready, sometimes it takes a few more days or even a week before proper contractions kick in, so try not to stress yourself out too much lah. I'd say keep monitoring at home, note down when contractions start (even the mild ones), and go back to the hospital once they're coming every 5-10 minutes consistently or your water breaks, just like the doctor said. A few of my mum friends also had the show early and delivered a few days later without any drama, so you're not alone in this!
