semalam demam panas, badan lenguh2 sakit kepala tu je simptom sya rasa dan tak sedap hati tadi pagi cek rtk selfkit. saya positif covid. apa perlu saya buat ya?  😣 saya risau dengan kandungan saya. kena admit x?  kalau admit berapa hari??  Boleh bagi tips x untuk kurangkan rasa demam dan panas badan, setakat ni selera makan masih ada, deria bau dan rasa ada cuma selesma ringan, demam dan lenguh2 badan jer. btw, kandungan saya dah genap 20weeks. #ingintahu #pleasehelp #seriusnanya

Ohhh sayang, I know its scary! Tapi dengar sini, please call your doctor or go to the nearest clinic/hospital TODAY to confirm and get proper guidance , especially since youre pregnant at 20 weeks. Jangan tunggu lagi. They need to monitor you and baby properly, and only they can decide if you need admission or just home care. A few of us mum friends went through COVID while pregnant, and semua okay Alhamdulillah, tapi semua orangs situation different, please dont rely on tips from the internet for this one, betul tak? Your doctor akan tahu apa yang safest untuk you and your baby. In the meantime, rest well, minum banyak air, and keep warm. But call your clinic/OB first thing , theyll give you the exact steps. Youre not alone in this, but you need proper medical eyes on you right now. Take care of yourself!
