Hey bunda, don't worry too much lah, at 3 months, rolling over isn't expected yet, most babies can do that around 4-6 months, so your baby is actually on track with the other stuff like laughing and responding to you! The head lifting when on tummy will come with more tummy time and practice, but since you're noticing she's already doing so many other things right, it's probably just normal development lah. Still, worth mentioning to your doctor at the next visit just for peace of mind, they can do a quick check and let you know if anything needs attention, and also maybe give tips on tummy time positioning.
