Sekarang saya dah day28 after FET, saya ada rasa mild cramp, lepastu mual tu 3 4 kali laa, maybe effect duphaston. Masa day14 ada buat abdomen scan, “Dr just ckp oh okay rahim still tebal jumpa minggu depan”, so day23 jumpa Dr abdomen scan sama jugak yg Dr ckp rahim tebal, so jumpa day28 which is 6oct lah, untuk beta. Tapi saya pelik kenapa ya ambil masa laaaaamaaa utk check beta? Dan apa maksud “oh rahim masih tebal?” Saya tak pernah check upt sbb takut….

Sabar ya, the waiting is honestly the worst part! Your doctor probably waiting sampai day 28 because that's when hCG levels paling clear and accurate untuk confirm pregnancy (some doctors prefer to wait til 12-14 days post-transfer, some tunggu more), and "rahim tebal" is actually a good sign, it means your uterine lining is nice and thick, which is what you want for implantation. I know it's scary, tapi honestly maybe buat UPT at home a few days before your beta appointment just so you're not going in blind, a few of my mum friends did that and it helped ease their anxiety a bit. Your doc will confirm everything on day 28, so just hang in there, the mild cramps and nausea could be the Duphaston or early pregnancy signs, and honestly only the blood test will tell. Jangan worry too much la, you've done everything you can, now just rest and wait for good news!
