Ahhh 39 weeks 4 days, you must be so tired waiting! Honestly la, a few of my mum friends yang reach 40 weeks, some tried walking (like proper walking, bukan jalan santai), and a couple swear the membrane sweep at their checkup helped jumpstart things, definitely ask your doctor about that next visit since you're so close to due date. The thing is, baby will come when baby is ready, tapi I get it, the discomfort at this stage is real. Just make sure you stay checked up with your OB so they monitor everything closely, okay?
