Tapi sebab ni health thing and bleeding boleh jadi sign of something lain, better check with your doctor or midwife just to be safe, especially since you're already 30 weeks. Jangan risau sangat, usually harmless, but doctor boleh confirm everything okay dengan baby and pregnancy you. Try avoid blowing your nose kuat-kuat and keep your nose moisturised, makes it better!
