At 6 weeks you're still very early, tapi honestly cable car ride should be okay je since you're not showing yet and it's just a short journey, a few of us preggy mums still did it dalam trimester pertama without issues. Best to ask your doctor though, sebab every pregnancy is different and they know your full health picture better, plus if you're feeling extra queasy or tired tu mungkin best avoid crowded places ja for your own comfort. The main worry people have is more towards later weeks when you're carrying more weight and balance becomes tricky. Take care!
