Ahhh I totally understand that fear lah, pregnancy test results can be so stressful! Double line usually means positive, but honestly since you're worried, maybe go see your doctor or do another test from a different brand to confirm, that way you can be 100% sure and start planning properly. A few of us mums have had faint lines before and the doctor confirmed it straightaway, so don't stress too much okay!
