Sakit gigi

Ahhh sakit gigi masa pregnant memang terasa lagi teruk kan! A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing towards the end, hormones really do a number on the gums. Definitely go see your dentist before labour, because you don't want to deal with that pain during contractions nanti, and some dentists boleh handle emergency cleanings yang aman during pregnancy. In the meantime, try warm salt water rinse and avoid super hot/cold food, it might help with the ngilu. Hopefully it settles down soon, you're almost there!
