By 20 weeks baby still ada banyak space nak gerak, so dia akan pusing-pusing lagi before settling into position nanti, especially closer to delivery. Tapi kalau cramp tu severe or terus menerus, better check with your doc just to be safe, ok? Most likely semua ok jer, tapi peace of mind is worth it!
