Aww I feel for you, 10 weeks is such a rough time and the tummy issues can be really scary when you're pregnant! Since you're having constant stomach pain, changes in your bowel habits (the diarrhoea and constipation cycling), loss of appetite, and weight loss, you really should see your doctor soon to rule out anything that needs attention, some of it might just be normal pregnancy hormones playing havoc with your digestion, but best to check with them directly, especially since the pain is affecting your eating. A few of us mum friends went through similar tummy issues in the first trimester (one had terrible constipation bloating, another had the opposite!) and once we saw our gynae we felt so much better knowing what was going on, some got safe advice on eating smaller meals, staying hydrated, or gentle remedies. The weight loss is also something your doctor will want to monitor, so please don't delay the appointment, okay? Sending you strength, mama, first trimester is tough but you're not alone in this!
