Eh I haven't heard of kinderbebe actually, but a few of my mum friends always share their kindergarten experiences so maybe try posting in the Malaysia parenting groups or ask directly in the Kinderbebe parents WhatsApp if ada? Kalau service tu tak okay, trust your gut lah, yang penting anak comfortable dan aman, so if something feels off memang kena check it out properly or cari alternative lain yang lebih sesuai untuk family you.
