Alamak, I understand lah the worry! Okay so spotting tu mmg tricky to identify, the key difference is kalau memang spotting, usually ada darah visible kat pantyliner or tissue when you wipe, tapi kalau cuma warna koko and takde darah turun when you pee, it could be just old blood or cervical irritation je (especially common after checkup or intercourse, even harmless things like that).
BUT, cramps and that mencucuk-mencucuk feeling combined with ANY discolouration, even if it's just a bit, honestly I'd go check with your doctor ASAP lah, jangan risau pasal overreacting. At 5 weeks++ you should be able to see via ultrasound what's happening inside, and it'll give you peace of mind once and for all. A few of us had spotting early on and turned out semua fine, but the only way to really know is to get it checked, might be nothing, might be something they can monitor, but you don't want to second-guess yourself when you're already nervous.
