Aiyoh, I totally understand lah, a few of us went through the same thing, memang so stressful when baby refuses to eat! The thing is, now that you want to break the screen habit, it's gonna take patience because your little one has gotten used to it, but it's definitely doable. Try making mealtimes more fun and interactive instead, let him hold the spoon, let him play with the food a bit, make eating sounds together, or even let him see you eating the same thing so he feels included rather than trapped in a high chair watching telly. One of my mum friends found that eating together as a family (even if you're just having a snack) helped her toddler cooperate more, plus the distraction from screens actually made meal times shorter and less dramatic. It won't be instant, but slowly slowly you'll see improvement, sometimes taking 2-3 weeks to reset, so hang in there!
