Eh, HG tu memang payah, I feel you! Honestly, most of my working mum friends yang kena HG end up taking medical leave or working from home kalau boleh, sebab memang tak larat nak handle office + muntah-muntah every hour. One of them tahan sampai 16 weeks baru improve sikit, and she said being transparent with her boss helped, like "I'm having severe morning sickness, I need flexibility", dia dapat kerja flexible hours dan WFH arrangement. The thing is, HG bukan just ordinary morning sickness, so maybe worth discussing with your gynae about maternity leave options or what accommodations you can ask for, some offices are understanding when doctor's letter in hand. Harapan yang baik part is usually it gets better after first trimester, but meantime kena take care of yourself dulu okay!
