I also got same problem before. I eat delima. you can try make juice or drink pati delima. I consumed this one spooon for every morning. It is better to use plastic spoon. Eat also a lot of kerang and meat. Eat green vegetable also. For the the vitamin, my doctor suggested me to eat iberate and it really help me a lot.
