Tanda bersalin

Alamak, dah 38 weeks dah! Okay so tanda-tanda labour yang common adalah contraction yang regular (sakit perut/pinggang datang mengikut interval), keluar air atau bloody show, dan rasa macam nak buang air besar. Kalau sakit tu ada pattern dan semakin kerap, boleh check dengan doctor tapi kalau baru2 lagi mungkin Braxton Hicks je (practice contraction). Untuk check bukaan, doctor akan buat vaginal examination, dia pakai glove dan check cervix to see how dilated & effaced it is (macam mana the cervix opened and thinned), dan kalau sudah kejar2, they'll assess how far the baby has dropped jugak. Mula2 rasa uncomfortable la, tapi cepat je process. Best you go to your hospital or clinic mula2 kalau unsure, especially first baby, sebab diorang boleh properly assess whether you're in active labour or just having practice contractions. One of my friends tunggu sampai contraction every 3-5 minutes baru go in, so you'll know! Jangan nervous, you've got this!
