miss period

saya dah terlewat 6 hari tak period2 bulan ni... bulan lepas pula period saya cuma sehari.... kmudian period terus stop... tapi bila pregnant test dirumah results tetap negatif... kenapa ya?? ada yang blh bantu?? sorry saya tak tahu.. sbb mmg tak pernah pregnant..
