Keputihan atau spotting

Keputihan dan spotting memang boleh jadi scary tapi at 9 weeks with a good heartbeat, that's actually a positive sign lah. I have a few mum friends who had spotting and cramping in early pregnancy and they went on to deliver healthy babies, but your peace of mind is important, if the spotting gets heavier or you have severe cramping, jangan tunggu, go back to your doctor or go to the A&E, okay? Try to rest when you can dan jangan stress sangat (easier said than done, I know!). Take it one day at a time, and maybe ask your doctor if it's safe to go for another scan sooner just for your own sanity, some doctors don't mind giving an earlier reassurance scan, especially with your history.
