Eh, swelling on day 5 is a bit longer than usual lah, normally by then it should be settling down already. Kasi betul you tell your doctor or the clinic pasal the COVID jab seminggu sebelum, because sometimes back-to-back injections boleh jugak trigger a bit more inflammation, and they need to know the full picture. One of my mum friends had something similar with different jabs so close together, and her doctor said it was fine but just wanted to monitor. Better safe than sorry kan, especially when you're preggie, just get it checked out so your mind dapat peace, okay?
