Lewat haid tapi UPT -ve

Aihhh this is stressful kan, especially when your cycle is normally so regular! Seven days late with a negative UPT bisa jadi beberapa things, stress, hormonal shifts, weight changes, even intense exercise boleh delay haid, so it's not always pregnancy. A few of my mum friends pun pernah experience delayed period tapi turned out nothing serious. Best lah you go see your doctor or gynae to get checked properly, sebab they can do blood test or scan if needed to confirm what's happening, better peace of mind daripada wonder-wonder kat rumah je. Jangan risau dulu ya, sometimes our bodies just surprise us!
