Eh sabar dulu, 39 minggu lagi normal je, baby boleh datang anytime dari 37 minggu onwards so you're in the safe zone! Tapi yang penting, those pains you're feeling (especially kalau terasa nak buang air besar) tu bisa Braxton Hicks atau signs labor dah dekat, a few of my mum friends experienced exactly the same thing before they went into active labor a few days later. Kalau sakit tu makin kerap, makin kuat, or kalau ada any bleeding or fluid leaking, better pergi hospital or call your doctor/midwife just to be safe lah, even if it turns out false alarm, they won't mind checking you out. For now rest well, time your contractions if they come again (how many minutes apart), and don't stress, your body knows what to do soon enough!
