Ahhh I understand la, scary betul dapat news macam ni when you're pregnant! Honestly cyst 6cm memang kena monitor closely je, so important you follow up dengan your gynae regularly for scans, most of the time they're harmless tapi doc needs to check if it's growing or causing any issues. A few of us in my mum group dulu ada cyst during pregnancy, and yang penting is just keep your appointments, don't stress yourself out (I know easier said than done!), and let your doctor guide you on next steps, sometimes they just leave it, sometimes they monitor, depending on the type and what's happening. Jangan try any supplements or herbs to shrink it without checking with your doc first okay, stay healthy and rest properly je for now!
