Okay so biasanya contraction akan jadi frequent and painful (bukan Braxton Hicks yang sporadic), then you'll see bloody show (pink/brownish discharge), atau water bag pecah, tapi not all signs come at once lah. A few of my mum friends ada sudden energy burst (nesting!) a few days before, ada pulak yang perut turun terus, and some kena constant backache or pressure down there, semua berlainan experience jugak. Since this is your first time, definitely check with your doctor or OB-GYN so they confirm when you're actually in labour, sebab sometimes tengok je contraction apps boleh misleading!
