Honestly aku tak sure exactly mana nak tukar setting tu dalam app, tapi try check dalam profile or pregnancy tracker settings dulu, usually ada option to update pregnancy status atau end pregnancy journey. Kalau still stuck, boleh try email their support team or check their FAQ, sebab some apps ada specific flow untuk situasi macam ni. A few of my mum friends suggest just deleting the pregnancy log and starting fresh if the app allows, tapi depends on how the app is designed. Take care of yourself, and jangan rasa segan to reach out to doctor or counsellor if you need someone to talk to, okay?
