bengkak kaki

Aah swelling ni memang common lah masa pregnant, lagi-lagi approaching third trimester! A few of my mum friends had the same thing around 29-30 weeks, kaki bengkak, muka pun swollen, especially around mata. Usually it's because of water retention and hormones doing their thing, tapi sebab you have swelling around the eyes jugak, best you check with your gynae just to rule out anything like pre-eclampsia, doktor boleh check your blood pressure and do a simple urine test, so it's really quick and peace of mind je.
