saya 10 weeks kena alahan teruk kat muka. naik ruam gatal kering menggerutu. start kena lepas makan vitamin b complex. ada alternative lain tak??
Adoi, 10 weeks and kena rash macam tu memang annoying! A few of us mums noticed our skin jadi sensitif during pregnancy, especially kalau tiba-tiba start vitamins, maybe your skin tak suka certain ingredients dalam B complex tu. Since you're pregnant, better check with your doctor first to confirm it's the vitamin causing it and what's safe to switch to, but boleh juga try changing your face wash and moisturiser to something gentler or pregnancy-safe first, see if that helps with the dryness. One of my friends swears by Mama's Choice Face Wash and Face Moisturiser because they're made to be pregnancy-safe and really worked for her sensitive skin during pregnancy.
